Prices vary depending on the number of watch pieces that can be wound simultaneously, and the particular model number.

Wolf watch winders are programmable for 3 directional settings; clockwise, counter-clockwise and bi-directionally. Wolf winders utilize a cycle of active and dormant periods where the watch is wound up then allowed to unwind in the same way as a human worn watch. In the active period, the winder will cycle on and off for 7 hours which winds the watch, then goes into a dormant (sleep) period for 17 hours when the watch is allowed to unwind. This sleep cycle allows the mainspring to almost completely unwind, which mimics the natural winding and unwinding which occurs with normal human wrist movement.
